Roasted Broccoli Florets (Paleo/Vegan)

This works great as a side dish to most meals, is full of nutrients, and full of taste!


Ingredients:

6-8 cups broccoli florets

1/4-1/2 cup olive oil (depending on how soft you want the broccoli - more oil for a softer finished product)

desired salt


Let's Get Cooking:

In a large bowl, combine broccoli and oil and toss / mix until broccoli is all evenly coated with the oil. Place onto a cookie sheet and sprinkle the top with salt.


Cook on 350 for about 30 min, adding more time afterwards if you want a crispier finish.
