The Girl Behind the Blog...
So why a blog? And may I say, "Welcome!" I've never done this whole blogging thing before so I am 50% nervous and 50% excited! I decided to create this in order to share recipes with friends and family I love dearly all over the U.S.! After all, what use is a good recipe if it isn't shared ?

My first thought with this blog was to make it 100% Paleo (because that's the basics of how I personally eat for health reasons). However, after talking to Alex (the hubs), I decided to add other types of recipes I have currated throughout the years that aren't all grain free, dairy free and refined sugar free. Because well, the reality is that I haven't always followed a "Paleo" diet.

Thus comes the name, "Everything Fits". Although I prefer to eat a paleo diet, my husband, friends, co-workers and family don't always need to or want to eat this way. The whole concept behind "Everything Fits" is moderation (if you don't have specific health needs that require a specific diet). I personally believe that a little sugar and flour here or there, a few grains or some delicious cheese will not kill you. A healthy diet is going to look very different for each person because God made everyone unique.

So here is to nurturing our bodies with delicious, healthy foods but occasionally nuturing our minds by letting go and indulging a bit!

Bon appetite! - Analisa

My name is Analisa Pujol and I am an Alabama girl who has found herself, her husband and her favorite spatula living in Houston. Currently, I am a pre-k teacher and work at a fantastic school with amazing co-workers! I am so passionate about helping others feel confident in the kitchen, as I know many people do not. I am thankful for two wonderful parents who raised me sitting on a kitchen counter top and licking the bowl!
