Let's Get Moving!
Workout #1
3-4 rounds at your own pace of:
1) Push up variation of your choice for 10 reps
2) Body weight squats 20 +1 min. bridge hold
3) Front Plank variation of your choice 30-60 seconds
4) Lunges 15 each leg forwards and back
5) Side Planks 30-60 sec per side
With the busy lifestyles that many of us have found ourselves in these days, it can be hard to find time to workout when we are out of town or without gym equipment. Having found myself in this same position many of times, I began creating simple workouts that can be done with minimal to no equipment in 20-30 total minutes. Below you will find videos explaining the workouts, modifications and any equipment (if needed). The workouts do not follow a progressive order, so feel free to select any one you like. I hope to add ones with videos in the near future!
