These Brownies are oh so easy, oh so fudgy and oh so I can't stop won't stop eating them! You just need one bowl, one spatula and one happy heart!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of palm shortening or unsalted butter

1/2 cup of coconut sugar

1/4 cup of pure maple syrup

1 egg (2 if your prefer cake-like brownies)

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 + 1/8 cups of cocoa powder

1 cup of 85% or above dark chocolate chips

optional add ins: nuts or dried cherries

Let's Get Cooking!

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Line the bottom of a square pan with parchment paper and grease the sides to keep the brownies from sticking.

Soften the palm shortening or butter. Mix in the coconut sugar and maple syrup. Then, whisk in the egg(s) and vanilla. Add in cocoa and baking soda. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips and optional add-ins. Serve with my Easy Paleo Vanilla Buttercream or Coconut Whipped Cream !

Bon appetite! -Analisa
